Karen Henry is a commercial litigator with nearly 20 years of experience in defending companies in disputes involving insurance coverage, toxic tort, debtor-creditor, breach of contract and employment discrimination. Over the last decade, she has specialized in toxic tort defense for both premises and product defendants in multiple jurisdictions within California. She has extensive experience in all aspects of discovery, investigation and trial work. Ms. Henry’s clients in asbestos litigation have included ship builders, contractors, auto and truck manufacturers, refineries, chemical plants and other manufacturing disciplines. Ms. Henry also worked as a judicial extern for the California Supreme Court and has contributed her time to represent several pro bono clients in civil litigation matters through the San Francisco Bar Association.
